The following decisions are appealable decisions1: (1) a decision of a medical practitioners tribunal2 giving a direction for erasure, for suspension3 or for conditional registration4 or varying the conditions imposed by a direction for conditional registration5; (2) a decision of a medical practitioners tribunal6 giving a direction that the right to make further applications for the restoration of a name to the register7 be suspended indefinitely8; (3) a decision under regulations9 not to restore a person's name to the register for a reason that relates to his fitness to practise10; (4) a decision of the General Medical Council under
