The professional conduct committee1 must, at least once in every twelve month period2, publish a report setting out3: (1) the names of those chiropractors in respect of whom it has investigated allegations4 and found the allegations to be well founded5; (2) the nature of those allegations6; and (3) the steps, if any, taken by the committee in respect of the chiropractors so named
