A registered chiropractor1 must notify the registrar in writing2 within one month of any change of the following particulars given in respect of him in the register3: (1) his name4; (2) the particulars as to his address which are to be shown in the register5; (3) any qualifications possessed by the chiropractor which may be material to his practice as a chiropractor6. The registrar must amend the register:
(a) so far as may be necessary in consequence of any such notification7;
(b) so far as may be necessary to give effect to the duty to suspend registration8;
