If the osteopath asks for a hearing1 or, in the absence of such a request, the health committee2 decides that there should be a hearing of the case3, the committee proceeds in accordance with the specified procedure4.
The committee sends a notice5 of hearing to the osteopath which must:
(1) indicate the physical or mental condition by reason of which it is alleged that his fitness to practise is seriously impaired6;
(2) state the day, time and place at which the committee will meet to consider the matter, such hearing not to take place before the end of the period
