The statutory provisions relating to the service of notices and the grant of relief against forfeiture1 do not apply to a condition for forfeiture on bankruptcy2 of the lessee3, or on taking in execution of the lessee's interest if contained in a lease4 of:
(1) agricultural or pastoral land5;
(2) mines or minerals6;
(3) a house used or intended to be used as a public house or beershop7;
(4) a house let as a dwelling house with the use of any furniture, books, works of art, or other chattels not being in the nature of fixtures8;
(5) any property
