Where immediately before the relevant date1 there is in force a binding contract2 relating to the disposal3 to any extent by:
(1) any person who owns the freehold of the whole or any part of the specified premises4 or the freehold of any property specified in the notice5; or
(2) any other relevant landlord6,
of any interest7 in those premises or in any specified property8 then, so long as the initial notice9 continues in force, the operation of the contract is suspended so far as it relates to any such disposal
