A covenant by the tenant to insure may require that the insurance is to be in an office or with insurers either specified or to be approved by the landlord1, and in particular names; but it is not necessary that the office or insurers should be specified2. In the absence of such special requirements, the covenant is performed by an insurance for a proper sum by the tenant in his own name with an office or insurers selected by him.
