1022. Specified grounds for possession.

The grounds for possession specified for the purposes of Schedule 10 to the Local Government and Housing Act 19891 are2:


    (1)     mandatory Ground 6 in the Housing Act 19883 and the discretionary Grounds set out in that Act (other than Ground 16)4, according to which the court must satisfy itself that it is reasonable to order possession5;


    (2)     the ground that, for the purposes of redevelopment after the termination of the tenancy, the landlord6 proposes to demolish or reconstruct the whole or a substantial part of the premises
