1052. Short-term arrangements.

A tenancy1 is not a secure tenancy2 if:

(1)     the dwelling house3 has been leased4 to the landlord5 with vacant possession for use as temporary housing accommodation6;

(2)     the terms on which it has been leased include provision for the lessor7 to obtain vacant possession from the landlord on the expiry of a specified period or when required by the lessor
