Where the qualifying tenants1 of any dwellings2 exercise3 their right to have a management audit4 carried out on their behalf, the rights conferred on the auditor5 are exercisable by him in connection with the audit6.
Until a day to be appointed7, the rights conferred on the auditor for these purposes are:
(1) a right to require the landlord8 to supply him with a summary of relevant costs9 in connection with any service charges10 payable by the qualifying tenants of the constituent dwellings11, and to afford him reasonable facilities for inspecting, or taking copies of or extracts from, the accounts, receipts
