A tenant1 may request a review of a landlord's2 decision to seek an order for possession of a dwelling house3 on the absolute ground for anti-social behaviour4, if the interest of the landlord belongs to either a local housing authority5, or a housing action trust6.
Such a request must be made in writing before the end of the period of seven days beginning with the day on which the notice of proceedings7 is served8.
