Before the end of the period of 14 days beginning with the date of service of a notice for possession1 of a dwelling house2 let under a demoted tenancy3, the tenant4 may request the landlord5 to review its decision to seek an order for possession6. If such a request is made, the landlord must review the decision7.
The appropriate national authority8 may by regulations make provision as to the procedure to be followed in connection with such a review9. Those regulations may include provision:
