In addition to the rights of qualifying tenants to obtain information about the management of the premises, provision made by Part I of the Leasehold Reform, Housing and Urban Development Act 19931 has effect:
(1) to confer on two or more qualifying tenants2 of dwellings3 held on leases4 from the same landlord5 the right6 to have an audit carried out on their behalf which relates to the management of the relevant premises7 and any appurtenant property8 by or on behalf of the landlord9;
