The reversioner1 in respect of the specified premises2 may, within the period of 21 days beginning with the relevant date3, give the nominee purchaser4 a notice requiring him, in the case of any person by whom the initial notice5 was given, to deduce the title of that person to the lease6 by virtue of which it is claimed that he is a qualifying tenant7 of a flat8 contained in the specified premises9.
The nominee purchaser10 must comply with any such requirement within the period of 21 days beginning with the date of the giving of the notice
