A qualifying tenant1 of a flat2 may give to any immediate landlord3 of his or to any person receiving rent on behalf of any immediate landlord of his a notice requiring the recipient to give the tenant, so far as known to the recipient, the name and address in England and Wales of every person who owns a freehold interest in the relevant premises4 and the name and address of every other person who has a specified5 interest6.
