Any notice given by a qualifying tenant1 to obtain information2 must, in addition to any other requirement duly imposed3, require the recipient to give the tenant the following information so far as known to the recipient4:
(1) whether the tenant's flat5 is comprised in any property which is qualifying property6; and
(2) if an application for designation or for a direction is pending7, the date of the application in question8.
