As from a day to be appointed, the following provisions have effect1.
The landlord2 under a fixed term secure tenancy3 of a dwelling house4 in England5 must carry out a review to decide what to do at the end of the term, unless one of the following exceptions applies6:
(1) exception 1 is where the tenancy7 is an old-style secure tenancy8;
(2) exception 2 is where the tenancy is a flexible tenancy9 the term of which ends within the period of nine months beginning with the day on which the provisions that allow new secure tenancies in England to be
