Until a day to be appointed, the following provisions have effect1.
If a person ('the prospective landlord'):
(1) offers to grant a flexible tenancy2 (whether or not on the coming to an end of an existing tenancy3 of any kind)4; or
(2) serves a notice5 stating that, on the coming to an end of an introductory tenancy6, it will become a flexible tenancy7,
then a person to whom the offer is made or on whom the notice is served ('the person concerned') may request a review of the prospective landlord's decision about the length of the term of the tenancy8. The
