Until a day to be appointed, the following provisions have effect1.
A request for a review of a landlord's2 decision to seek an order for possession of a dwelling house3 let4 under a flexible tenancy5 must be made before the end of the period of 21 days beginning with the day on which the required 'condition 2' notice6 is served7.
On a request being duly made to it, the landlord must review its decision8. The review must, in particular, consider whether the decision is in accordance with any policy of the landlord as to the circumstances in which it will grant
