1292. Reversioner's authority.

The reversioner1 may2 on behalf and in the name of the other landlords3:

  1.  

    (1)     execute any conveyance to fulfil the obligation to enfranchise4 or any lease to fulfil the obligation to grant5 an extended lease6; and

  2.  

    (2)     take or defend any legal proceedings7 in respect of matters arising out of the claimant's8 notice9.
