As from a day to be appointed, the following provisions have effect1.
The landlord2 under a secure tenancy3 of a dwelling house4 in England5 may bring proceedings for possession6 if7:
(1) the landlord has decided on a review at the end of the tenancy8 to seek possession9; and
(2) the landlord has not subsequently revised10 the decision11.
If the landlord brings such proceedings12, the court13 must make an order for possession if satisfied that14:
(a) the landlord has complied with all of the statutory requirements15 governing the review and his decision16;
(b) the tenancy that was the subject of the review17
