As from a day to be appointed, the following provisions have effect1.
Where a tenant2 is notified that the outcome of a review to decide what to do at the end of a fixed term secure tenancy3 of a dwelling house4 in England5 is that the landlord6 has decided to seek possession of the dwelling house at the end of the current tenancy, the tenant may request the landlord to reconsider its decision7. The request must be made before the end of the period of 21 days beginning with the day on which tenant was notified of the decision8.
