Where a notice of claim is given1 in a case where it is proposed to acquire interests of persons other than the person who owns the freehold of the whole premises2, the qualifying tenants by whom3 the initial notice4 is given must, in addition to giving the initial notice to the reversioner5 in respect of the specified premises6, give a copy of the notice to every person known or believed by them to be a relevant landlord7 of those premises8.
