55. Prohibition of discrimination, harassment and victimisation in relation to the management of premises.

A person ('A') who manages premises1 must not:

  1.  

    (1)     discriminate2 against a person ('B') who occupies the premises3:

    1.  

      (a)     in the way in which 'A' allows 'B', or by not allowing 'B', to make use of a benefit or facility;

    2.  

      (b)     by evicting 'B' (or taking steps for the purpose of securing 'B's eviction);

    3.  

      (c)     by subjecting 'B' to any other detriment4;

  2.  

    (2)     in relation to their management, harass5:

    1.  

      (a)     a person who occupies them;

    2.  

      (b)     a person who applies for them6;

  3.  

    (3)     victimise7 a person ('B') who occupies the premises:

    1.  

      (a)     in the way in which 'A' allows
