54. Prohibition of discrimination, harassment and victimisation in relation to the disposal of premises.

A person ('A') who has the right to dispose of premises1 must not:

  1.  

    (1)     discriminate2 against another ('B'):

    1.  

      (a)     as to the terms on which 'A' offers to dispose of the premises to 'B';

    2.  

      (b)     by not disposing of the premises to 'B';

    3.  

      (c)     in 'A's treatment of 'B' with respect to things done in relation to persons seeking premises3;

  2.  

    (2)     in connection with anything done in relation to their occupation4 or disposal, harass5:

    1.  

      (a)     a person who occupies them;

    2.  

      (b)     a person who applies for them6;

  3.  

    (3)     victimise7 another ('B'):

    1.  

      (a)     as to the terms on which 'A'
