Where, in the case of a protected long tenancy1 at a low rent2:
(1) the interest of the immediate landlord3 is itself a tenancy ('the mesne tenancy')4; and
(2) a superior landlord has brought proceedings to enforce a right of re-entry or forfeiture in respect of a failure to comply with any terms5 of the mesne tenancy, or of a superior tenancy having effect subject to the mesne tenancy6; and
(3) the court7 makes an order for the recovery by the superior landlord of possession of the property comprised in the tenancy8,
the tenant9 is not required to give up
