Where it is agreed or determined1 that a payment for accrued tenant's repairs2 is to be payable by instalments, the instalments become payable at the times so agreed or determined3. Any such instalment becoming payable at a time falling before the end of the period of the statutory tenancy4 is payable by the tenant5.
