144. Orders by the tribunal varying leases under the Landlord and Tenant Act 1987.

If:

  1.  

    (1)     on an application by a party to a lease for variation of that lease1, the grounds on which the application was made are established to the satisfaction of the tribunal2, the tribunal may3 make an order varying the lease specified in the application in such manner as is specified in the order4;

  2.  

    (2)     an application by a respondent for variation of other leases5 was made in connection with that application, and the specified grounds6 are established to the satisfaction of the tribunal with respect to the specified leases7, the tribunal may8 also make an order varying each
