Any notice under the right to manage provisions of the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 20021 must be in writing2, and may be sent by post3.
A company which is an RTM company4 in relation to premises may give a notice under those provisions:
(1) to a person who is landlord5 under a lease6 of the whole or any part of the premises at the address specified7 for these purposes8
