A claim to exercise the right to collective enfranchisement1 with respect to any premises is made by the giving2 of notice of the claim under the following provisions3. The notice can be signed on behalf of the participating leaseholders4.
A notice so given ('the initial notice') must be given:
(1) in a case where the freehold of the premises is owned by one person5, to the reversioner
