891. Meaning of 'tenancy qualifying for protection'; 'tenancy'; and 'rented family residence'.

For the purposes of the protection afforded by Part II of the Reserve and Auxiliary Forces (Protection of Civil Interests) Act 19511, at any time during a service man's2 period of residence protection3:
