Any jurisdiction conferred on the court by any of the provisions of Part I of the Landlord and Tenant Act 19541 must be exercised by the County Court2. The procedure is in some respects specifically provided for3, and in other respects is governed by the ordinary rules of procedure in the county court4. In any proceedings where the County Court exercises its jurisdiction for these purposes5, the powers of the judge of summoning one or more assessors6 may be exercised notwithstanding that no application is made in that behalf by one or more party to the proceedings
