The County Court1 has jurisdiction to hear and determine any question arising under any provision of the Housing Act 1988 relating to assured tenancies2 other than a question falling within3 the jurisdiction of the appropriate tribunal4. Where any proceedings under any such provision are being taken in the County Court, the court has jurisdiction to hear and determine any other proceedings joined with those proceedings, notwithstanding that those other proceedings would otherwise be outside the court's jurisdiction
