61. Jurisdiction of First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and the Upper Tribunal relating to residential and leasehold property etc.

The First-tier Tribunal (Property Chamber) and the Upper Tribunal1 have jurisdiction in England2 over cases which may be broadly described as relating to residential and leasehold property, housing conditions, agricultural land and drainage, and land registration3.

The Tribunal Procedure (First-tier Tribunal) (Property Chamber) Rules 20134 govern the practice and procedure to be followed in the First-tier Tribunal in such cases, and make particular provision in relation to:
