946. Ground 9: suitable alternative accommodation.

The court1 may make an order for possession where suitable alternative accommodation is available for the tenant2 or will be available for him when the order for possession takes effect3.

For these purposes, a certificate of the local housing authority4 for the district5 in which the dwelling house6 in question is situated, certifying that the authority will provide suitable alternative accommodation for the tenant by a date specified in the certificate, is conclusive evidence that suitable alternative accommodation will be available for him by that date7.
