943. Ground 7B: immigration status.

The court1 must2 make an order for possession if both of the following conditions are met in relation to a dwelling house3 in England ('mandatory Ground 7B')4:

  1.  

    (1)     condition 1 is that the Secretary of State5 has given a notice in writing to the landlord6 (or, in the case of joint landlords, one or more of them) which identifies:

    1.  

      (a)     the tenant7 (or, in the case of joint tenants, one or more of them)8; or

    2.  

      (b)     one or more other persons aged 18 or over who are occupying the dwelling house9,

as a person or persons disqualified as a result
