942. Ground 7A: anti-social behaviour.

The court1 must make an order for possession where any of the following conditions is met2:

  1.  

    (1)     condition 1 is that:

    1.  

      (a)     the tenant3 (or a person residing in or visiting the dwelling house4) has been convicted of a serious offence5; and

    2.  

      (b)     the serious offence:

    3.  

      (c)     was committed (wholly or partly) in, or in the locality of, the dwelling house6;

    4.  

      (d)     was committed elsewhere against a person with a right (of whatever description) to reside in, or occupy housing accommodation in the locality of, the dwelling house7; or

    5.  

      (e)     was committed elsewhere against the landlord8 of the dwelling house, or a person employed (whether or not
