1156. Ground 14: dwelling house for occupation by persons whose circumstances make it difficult for them to satisfy need for housing.

The court may make an order for possession1, provided that it both considers it reasonable to make the order2, and is satisfied that suitable accommodation3 will be available for the tenant4 when the order takes effect, in circumstances where the landlord5 is a housing association6 or housing trust7 which lets dwelling houses8 only for occupation, whether alone or with others, by persons whose circumstances, other than merely financial circumstances, make it especially difficult for them to satisfy their need for housing
