1155. Ground 13: dwelling house designed for physically disabled person.

The court may make an order for possession1, provided that it both considers it reasonable to make the order2, and is satisfied that suitable accommodation3 will be available for the tenant4 when the order takes effect, in circumstances where the dwelling house5 has features which are substantially different from those of ordinary dwelling houses, and which are designed to make it suitable for occupation by a physically disabled person who requires accommodation of a kind provided by the dwelling house
