1154. Ground 12: premises required for person in landlord's employment.

The court may make an order for possession1, provided that it both considers it reasonable to make the order2, and is satisfied that suitable accommodation3 will be available for the tenant4 when the order takes effect, in circumstances where the dwelling house5 forms part of (or is within the curtilage of) a building which (or so much of it as is held by the landlord6) is held mainly for purposes other than housing purposes7, and consists mainly of accommodation other than housing accommodation or is situated in a cemetery8, and:
