As from a day to be appointed, the following provisions have effect1.
If a secure tenancy2 of a dwelling house3 in England4 other than:
(1) an old-style secure tenancy5; or
(2) a flexible tenancy6 the term of which ends within the period of nine months beginning with the day on which the provisions that allow new secure tenancies in England to be granted7 comes fully into force8,
comes to an end by virtue of the term expiring, or by virtue of an order of court9, a new tenancy10 of the same dwelling house arises11. Where the landlord12 has offered the tenant13
