603. Exercise of right to have a management audit.

The right of any qualifying tenants1 to have a management audit2 carried out on their behalf is exercisable by the giving of a notice3. A notice so given:

  1.  

    (1)     must be given to the landlord4 by the auditor5; and

  2.  

    (2)     must be signed by each of the tenants on whose behalf it is given6.

Any such notice must:

  1.  

    (a)     state the full name of each of those tenants and the address of the dwelling7 of which he is a qualifying tenant8;

  2.  

    (b)     state the name and address of the auditor9;

  3.  

    (c)     specify any documents or description of documents10:
