Where the initial notice1 has been registered2, then, so long as it continues in force:
(1) any person who owns the freehold of the whole or any part of the specified premises3 or the freehold of any property specified in the notice4 must not:
(a) make any disposal5 severing his interest6 in those premises or in that property; or
(b) grant out of that interest any lease7 under which, if it had been granted before the relevant date8, the interest of the tenant9 would to any extent have been liable to acquisition on that date10; and
