Where the right to manage premises1 is to be acquired by an RTM company2, the company may give notice3 to a person who is;
(1) landlord4 under a lease5 of the whole or any part of the premises6;
(2) party to such a lease otherwise than as landlord or tenant7; or
(3) a manager appointed by a tribunal (or court) under Part II of the Landlord and Tenant Act 19878 to act in relation to the premises, or any premises containing or contained in the premises9,
requiring him to provide the company with any information which is in his possession
