1372. Duty of nominee purchaser to disclose existence of agreements affecting specified premises etc.

If at any time during the period beginning with the relevant date1 and ending with the time when a binding contract is entered into in pursuance of the initial notice2, there subsists between the nominee purchaser3 and a person other than a participating tenant4 any agreement, of whatever nature, providing for the disposal5 of a relevant interest6, the existence of that agreement must be notified to the reversioner7 by the nominee purchaser8 as soon as possible after the agreement is made or, if in existence on the relevant date, as soon as possible after that date9. Similarly, if the
