(1) the right to manage premises1 is to be acquired by an RTM company2, otherwise than by virtue of an order3 made in circumstances where any of the persons to whom the claim notice was required to be given are not traceable4; and
(2) there are one or more existing management contracts5 relating to the premises6,
the person who is the manager party in relation to an existing management contract must give a notice in relation to the contract7:
(a) to the person who is the contractor party in relation to the contract (a 'contractor notice')8; and
