315. Disclosure of green deal plan to prospective buyers, tenants and licensees.



    (1)     a green deal property, or a lease of such a property, is to be sold1; or


    (2)     a green deal property is to be let out under a tenancy or licence agreement, and on the basis that the prospective tenant or licensee is to be liable for paying the energy bills for the property2,

the seller or prospective landlord or licensor must, in relation to the document, or each document, which is required to be produced or updated3 by the green deal provider:
