57. Disability discrimination: supplementary provisions where there is a duty to make reasonable adjustments.

The following provisions apply if:

  1.  

    (1)     a binding obligation1 requires a person on whom the duty to make reasonable adjustments2 is imposed ('A') to obtain the consent of another person to an alteration of premises3 which 'A' occupies;

  2.  

    (2)     where 'A' is a controller of let premises4, a binding obligation requires 'A' to obtain the consent of another person to a variation of a term of the tenancy; or

  3.  

    (3)     where 'A' is a responsible person in relation to common parts5, a binding obligation requires 'A' to obtain the consent of another person to an alteration of the common
