56. Disability discrimination: duties of controller of premises.

A duty to make reasonable adjustments1 applies to:


    (1)     a controller of let premises2;


    (2)     a controller of premises to let3;


    (3)     a commonhold association4;


    (4)     a responsible person in relation to common parts (as from a day to be appointed)5.

The general duty to make reasonable adjustments comprises the following three requirements6:
