Where an order for possession1 is made, the tenancy2 determines; and the compensation payable to the tenant3 by virtue of the order becomes payable on such date as may, when the amount of that compensation is known, be fixed by order of the court made on the application either of the landlord4 or of the tenant5.
Such an order of the court may not fix a date earlier than the original term date6 of the tenancy, nor may it fix a date less than four months or more than 12 months after the date of the order unless the court
